Experience

I started teaching six years ago as a part-time job while studying at university. As a student, I always struggled to find teachers who would give me tasks that were intellectually demanding, tailored to my interests and the requirements of the curriculum. When I teach, I want to create classes that I would have enjoyed myself while studying at school: focused on both the individual needs of my pupils and exam performance. I try to instil in my students a belief that critical thinking coupled with in-depth research are key to success at school.

I have experience teaching primary school, secondary school, and adult students. I offer classes in French, Spanish, English Literature, English as a Foreign Language, IELTS, TEFL, SAT (writing and reading), FCE, CAE, CPE preparation, Extended Essay editing, academic writing, and Oxbridge applications coaching.

About

I have a wide range of interests, so if you're a student who would like to discuss art and literature during our classes together, but at the same time, you'd like to stay on top of current affairs and the most recent developments in global politics, I'm the teacher for you!
